The ValuesLine is answered by trained consultants and is operational 24-hours a day, 365 days a year. Anyone who calls ValuesLine will be immediately connected to an independent third party communications consultant. The consultant answering the ValuesLine will take all necessary steps to protect the callers' confidentiality. If you are concerned about confidentiality, you may even call ValuesLine anonymously.
